A recent email to T-Mobile support:

Dear T-Mobile web site people:

I have spent about 10 minutes now looking for the voice mail instructions on your dumb web site. They are either not there, or they are so ridiculously hard to find, that they might as well not be there.

I'm not normally bothered by this, as I've been using TMobile since waaaay back to when TMobile was called "Aerial", and therefore am familiar with how to use voicemail. However, today I logged in and was unable to delete messages. It appears either TMobile decided it was a great idea to change the "delete" button, or somehow my brain forgot how to do something I've successfully been able to do from memory for the last 5 years or so.

Let me ask you something: what is more important to people?

A) Accessing voice mail.
B) Downloading dumb stupid retarded lame ring tones that nobody gives a fig about.

Here's a hint: the answer is not B. That being the case, why does your web site make it impossible for me to find the instructions for voicemail, and instead continually tries to ram Brittney Spears ring tones down my throat??

Please, if somebody out there has a T-Mobile cell phone, please could you tell me how to delete voice mail messages. Thanks.
